TDSAT dismisses RCoM application for more GSM spectrum

The Telecom Disputes Settlement Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) has dismissed Reliance Communications’ (RCoM) application for additional GSM spectrum.

In its judgment pronounced today, TDSAT said RCom’s application did not “discuss nor gave any finding on allocation of spectrum from 4.4 MHz to 6.2 MHz.”
