HTC One Max and Acer Liquid S2 are roughly on the same display size. The HTC One Max has a 5.9-inch display while Acer Liquid S2 has a 6-inch display. Since the difference is only 0.1-inch, it is hard to figure out with raw human eyes. The sizes of both devices are almost the same except the design. The HTC One Max has a more-square design while Acer Liquid S2 looks a little bit rounder. Both devices do not have a physical button on front panel.

HTC One Max has a 5.9-inch 1080p display, 1.7GHz Snapdragon 600 quad-core processor, 2GB RAM, Ultrapixel camera and Android 4.3 Jelly Bean.

Acer Liquid S2 has a 6-inch 1080p display, 2.2GHz Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor, 2GB RAM, a 13-megapixel camera (supports 4K video recording) and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.
